Koke’e Plum Pickin with Bonus Blackberries
This is a video mashup of my brothers and I embarking on what was my first experience gathering wild treats in a large quantity!
Plum season had started the previous week in Koke’e State Park and the plums were calling us so we heeded ke kahea. It was an amazing day! We started off finding tonz of blackberries along the road before we started and then at the end when the trail came out by Kalalau lookout! One of the best days of my life :-) Planning on heading out again this weekend!
The song I chose for the video is one of my favorites “Kawika” by the Sunday Manoa! It’s an oldie but soo good!
